SERVING ALCOHOL INC. TRAINING PROGRAMS

Certified Responsible Beverage Service Training.

REQUIREMENTS FOR STATE CERTIFICATION
Every on-premise alcohol server and manager in California must secure a valid RBS certification through a California ABC-recognized RBS training provider and successfully complete the online RBS exam administered by California ABC within 60 days of their initial employment date.

  • You need to acquire a Server ID# from the California RBS portal before you can register for our course. This ID# is required when you sign up.
  • Ensure that your name, email address, and Server ID# on your course registration match exactly with those on your California RBS registration. Any discrepancy will lead to the rejection of your completion by the state.
  • After California ABC processes your course completion, you will be notified that you have 30 days to complete the California RBS certification exam.
